The 11th Annual Student Festival was held on 15th January 2006 at the IIMC main centre, Tegharia, Sonarpur 24 PGS South, Kolkata, India. It started at 9 a.m. with a colourful big peace rally from the IIMC Indoor centre to the sports ground. There were 2000 sponsored students, 250 Indian & foreign volunteers, the board members, and local well-wishers all together walking in the peace procession.
This blog is about NGO activities in Kolkata, India. We are supporting an Indian NGO, called IIMC (Institute for Indian Mother and Child) from Japan. They send us thier report on regular basis. I will post their reports there in English and Japanese.
