IIMCは貧しい人たちに安全な飲料水を提供したいと考えています。

• 西ベンガル州の僻地にある10の村で、10の深井戸を掘り進めていきます。
• 写真は、ドリルをして井戸を掘っているところです。
• 安全な飲料水は健康の基礎です。農村部における80%の病気は、不衛生な水殻生じているものです。

洪水救済プログラム – 2006年10月

2006年10月に激しいモンスーンの雨、洪水、サイクロンが西ベンガル州の異なる地域を襲いました。特に24パルガナス南地区に被害がありました。この地区は私たちのプロジェクトがある地域です。

IIMCは、急遽、医療＆救済チームを現地に送り、被害を受けている人々を助けました。

ここのその様子を報告します。

ガンジス・デルタ地帯の田舎の村に新しい学校の建設を進めています。

• IIMCはベンガル湾のデルタに位置する田舎の村に女の子のための幼稚園、小学校、中高校を建設する決心をしました。
• このレポートの写真には、貧しい村人によって建てられた学校を見ることができます。
• IIMCは学校建設用の土地を贈呈されました。ここに、コンクリート製の学校を建設してきます。
• 教育は知識をもたらします。そして、ついにはすべての女の子たちが読み、書くことができるようになります。このことは、彼女たちの将来を変え、自立と自尊をもたらすことでしょう。

IIMC wants to be ensure that poor people will safe drinking water

• We shall install 10 deep tube well for 10 different villages in the far rural areas of West Bengal.
• In the pictures one location of the tube well drilling effort.
• Safe drinking water will ensure better health. We know 80% rural diseases are water born.

Flood Relief Programme – October 2006

In October, there were heavy monsoon rain and water inundation and cyclone in different part of West Bengal, specially our Project area of 24 Parganas South.

IIMC – Medical and Relief team immediately rush to the affected areas and helped the suffering people.

Here is a small pictures report of our relief work.

New School Construction in the Rural Area at the Delta of Ganges River

• IIMC has decided to construct one pre-primary, primary & high school for the girls of the rural area at the delta of bay of Bengal.
• In the pictures of brief report we can see the location and existing school constructed by the poor villages.
• IIMC has received a piece of land and we have taken all steps to construct one concrete school building.
• Education will bring knowledge and so one day every girl child will be able to read and write, which will change their future and will make them self sufficient and self confident.

Handicapped & Woman Co-operation Centre

われわれのセンターには毎日，障害を持つ人々や困窮した女性が，助けや支援を求めてきます。

われわれには，リハビリや訓練を目的とした施設が全くありませんでした。この施設は，障害を持つ子供，貧しい母親に対して，職業訓練やリハビリを行なうことを目的として建設が進められています。

　16年間，タイルとブリキの屋根の下だけでなく，木の下で暮らすような貧しい人々に対しても活動を行なってきました。毎日700名以上の患者が，僻地の農村から治療を求めてやってきます。他に選択肢がないのです。
　幸いにも，Florindon基金の助けを得ることができ，コンクリート製の建物を建設することができるようになりました。
　この施設では，非常に貧しい母親，子供，そして医療支援が必要で無視されている人々が利用することができます。

In our centre everyday many physically handicapped children and distressed mothers are coming for help and support.

There was no house to give them rehabilitation and training. This house will be used for the handicapped children and poor mothers for vocational training and rehabilitation.
